01. I want to try out the product before I buy it, do you have any physical stores?
Yes! You can try out our products IRL at these locations:
Prude Style Shop: Genena Mall, 2nd floor, Nasr City.
The wellness Hub: Cairo Festival City & Almaza City Center

02. How can I find out more information about a product?

03. What are your products shelf life? When do they expire?
All our products have a shelf life of 12 -18 months.

    01. Are your products safe? Are they clean & cruelty free? Are they safe for kids too?
    Yes, yes and yes!
    we are committed to creating products that use only safe, natural ingredients, natural oils & vitamins, wherever possible. All of our products are free of parabens, mineral oils, phthalates, and gluten, among many other ingredients.
    Our products are also 100%  cruelty-free and 100% safe for kids too!
    02. Can your products cause an allergic reaction?
    If there are certain ingredients that you are allergic to or wary of, you can feel free to test a small amount of the product on your skin & see if you have a reaction. If you are unsure, you can contact us anytime and we’ll help you. We also always recommend consulting your physician first if you have any concerns.
     
    SHIPPING AND RETURNS
      01. How much is shipping?
      Shipping within the Cairo is a flat rate of 45 EGP 
      Shipping within the Cairo is a flat rate o f 55 EGP 
      Shipping outside of Cairo is a flat rate of 70 EGP. 
       
      02. When can I expect my order?
      Here’s how it works: you order, we pack your order and then we ship! This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed within Cairo. 5-7 days if you’re outside of Cairo.
      Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
       
      03. What should I do if I received the wrong order?
      It rarely happens (less than 1% of all orders) but If you received a product different from the one you ordered, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us on our Instagram page & we’ll sort that out for you ASAP.
       
      04. Can I modify my order/cancel my order?
      Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. However you can contact us on Instagram as soon as u made your order to see if we can help .
       
      05. I received a broken item in my package?
      We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact us on our Instagram page & we’ll sort it out for you.
       
      06. What’s your return policy?
      According the Egyptian Law, our product category cannot be returned. However, If the product is defected or incorrect, we can exchange it for you.
      07. Do you have international shipping ?
      we do have international shipping on selected items. we are working on making products available on international market. please let us know where would you like to see our products.
